✧ General Terms ✧

  • • I reserve the right to decline any commission, no matter the reason;

  • • I reserve the right to post the commission on my social media (if not specified otherwise), with credits to the client (if you’d prefer no credits, let me know beforehand);

  • • I don’t claim any rights to characters and other intellectual properties;

  • • The commission is for personal use only, like icons/banners in social medias, clothes prints for your own use, and credits to me, the artist, is recommended (like linking my Twitter, Deviantart, etc);

  • • The client WILL NOT HAVE PERMISSION to sell/edit the drawing itself or use it for any profit/comercial means. If it happens, measures will be taken;

  • • The client must accept that MY commissions are not a product, but a service. The rights for the images are not transferred upon delivery of the commission;

  • • I DON'T accept crypto currencies.

✧ Process ✧

  • • Its recommended that you have references of your request, be it character design(s), pose, facial expression, personality, etc;

  • • If the client doesn't have already existing reference of the character (that is, I'll be drawing the first design) it will cost extra;

  • • Frequent updates of the commission steps (sketch, lineart, colors, etc);

  • • For progress, I need the client’s affirmation (example: to start the lineart, I need affirmation that the sketch is as wanted);

  • • The commission can take from 1 to 8 weeks;

  • • Changes in the drawing are permitted, BUT, depending on the difficulty of the change, it will cost extra or be rejected entirely.

✧ Payment ✧

  • â–¸ Option 1- Full payment before I begin the drawing, with updates on the process.

  • â–¸ Option 2- Half of the payment before I begin the drawing, with updates on the process. The rest of the drawing will be finished after the final payment.

  • • Payment via PIX for BRAZILIAN REAIS (R$).

  • • Payment via PAYPAL for AMERICAN DOLLARS (U$D);

  • • Payment via KO-FI for SKETCHES.

  • • Payment via PAYPAL will be done by INVOICE. DO NOT SEND ME MONEY BEFOREHAND, you will be refunded. Each invoice will be due within 10 days.

  • • If payment is not made, I will contact the client and if there is no return, the request will be CANCELED.

✧ Refunds ✧

  • • Full refund if the drawing hasn’t started yet;

  • • Partial refund depending on how much the drawing has already been done;

  • • In case of problems on my part and I cancel the order, full refund.
